My father has purchased Reviva water purifier in mysore & told to instal it in Bangalore at my home, after a long follow up this has got insalled at my place. (It took about more than a month).
After that i started facing problem in unit working (i,e water is not getting filled in properly)
I have given a complaint and again same problem with lot of strugle & lot of follwup got the fillters cleaneed up. Again after the service of about 5 to 6 months again same problem is accoring and again i rasied a complaint on 23rd-Apr-2007 & Complaint no is 7685 at customer care bangalore (08039883333) till now i did not gor any service person in my place in between i called up customer care for the fallowup & they have given me the local service center no 2853011 I called up twice at loacal service no & they have given me the service person no (I,e 9945015452 Mr.Madhu) I Called up this person & told about the problem & he has assured to come & service the product & asked him to call me up before coming since no persons were avilable at my place so that i will personaly go to home inbetween to get the service done, but the service person went to my home in my absence & never called me up. Again i called the person to get the service on 14-May-07 & he assured me that he will rectify by the evening. But till the problem is not soled.
|Solution of your complaint||If Once service engg will come & domnstate on how to clean the fillters i will do it by myself, if it is a minor problem since i am a mechanical engg. & i can understand some of the technical issues. |
