On 02 april 2007 I have booked 3 tickets for my mother ,daughter and grandson for their travel on 14-05-07from Mumbai to Hyderabad by GOAIR flight no G8-373.
The confirmation number is :DJVSWO.
THE SCHEDULED TIME OF DEPARTURE WAS 13.30.I have paid Rs.4350 +Rs.300 to the travel agent M/ S S G Travel agency , Panvel, Navi Mumbai.
When we reported at the counter at Mumbai air port at 12 noon on 14-05-07 we were informed that the flight had left at 6.30 AM on rescheduled time. I was not informed about the rescheduling.MY TRAVEL agency also says that he is also not informed of rescheduling of the flight. I was put to lot of inconvenience as i had to purchase fresh tickets from another airline -- AIRDECCAN ft no dn 723 departing at 2.30 pm by paying Rs 2675 each totalling Rs8025 besides undergoing tension .Leave alone me, my mother of 75 years old had to be subjected to avoidable stress and strain during those two hours.
I am extremely unhappy and I want M/S GO AIRLINES (India) PVT LTD TO BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DISSERVICE AND PAY FOR IT.

2 REFUND TICKET FARE AND AGENTS CHARGES INCURRED TO THE EXTENT OF Rs4650 3 pay for my air deccan tickets of Rs 8025 -4650=Rs3375
4 compensate me for the ordeal undergone. |
