Loan on phone was sanctioned to me with certain terms and conditions informed and also said that there is no processing fee.They said that the voice recorder was used while sanctioning loan
When i gone thru the subsequent month`s statement , I was charged with processing fee. Even with my complaints over phone & emails to CC and told them to check voice recorder, the response was nil.
Then I came to the conclusion to close down the loan as well as card payment. Ienquired CC , Ms. Veena, who had given me the outstanding amount as of 21.03.2007 for both loan (Rs1,03,611.10) and card credit (Rs1,04,218.67). Also she told me send the foreclosure ch. to Mr.Prasanth at Gurguoan and credit card payment to Chennai.
I wrote two seperate letters to Gurgoan & Chennai enclosing chq. nos:642741 dt 21.03.2007of ICICI for Rs 1,03,611.10 & 6427412dt 21.03.2007of ICICI for Rs 1,04,218.67 respectively and couriered them.
I am surprised to find the balance in the subsequent statement.
And people from customer care is torturing with their phone calls for every half an hour by different persons.
I am mentally depressed over the pressure they create and the language they use particularly from Mr. Madhu.

You pl. take up the matter seriously , squire up the loan and card payment and inform me after informing the customer care. 

Solution of your complaint1) Close down the loan. 2)close down the card payment . 3)proper advice to CC while talking to the customer and tell them analyse the problem of the customer first. 4)When a problem is informed by a customer, don`t other CC persons to come online for repeating.
