I want to bring to the notice about the poor customer service/after sales service that Whirlpool offers. I bought a refrigerator one and a half years back and after 6 months of purchase it stopped cooling! After calling the customer service for around 7-8 days and then talking to someone at the Corporate Office, some engineers came and refilled the gas. And exactly after one year the same thing has happened, no cooling! And currently I am in the middle of the same cycle, of having called the customer service and the corporate office but of no use. I just need a replacement of my refrigerator to atleast enjoy some cool drinks this summer. Please suggest what needs to be done.
