hai i m navakanth having mobile no. with 9849708292 airtel andhra pradesh..
recently i have applied for a post paid connection in airtel lobby vijayawad(ap) for that purpose i have submitted the documents like

1. passport (present add
2. driving license(present address
3.pan card and also bsnl cell one bill

after 5 days, verification also done .....both office and house address and they took my signatues also after 2 days they have intimated that my post paid connection has been barred and i have no eligibilty to have post paid connection ....i have submitted all my documents and also ready to provide my bank statement or if necessary ECS(electronic clearance service).

THen i went to airtel lobby and questioned them about my rejection for that they have no answer saying i m not eligible i warned them that i will complain in consumer court if necessary then they have once again applied for re-verification and said i have to pay sum of rupees 3.000/-

ALL THIS IS DONE ONLY TO ME FOR WHICH I COMPLAINED AGAINST THE AIRTEL LOBBY(PARTICUALARY LOBBY INCHARGE -GITIKA) AND THEIR STAFF AND WITH THE PERSONAL GREDGES THEY HAVE DONE ALL THIS THERE MAHESH WHO IS THE INCHARGE OF VERIFICATION HAS MOVED SNAKES AGAINST ME .. FINALLY WHEN I WARNED THEM THEY DEMANDED TO PAY 3,000/- WHICH IS AGAINST TRAI RULES ... ACC. TO TRAI RULES IF NECESSARY INCOME PROOF IS NOT THERE THEY HAVE TO ASK BANK STATEMENT OR ECS OR SRTI FORMS AND FINALLY THEY HAVE TO ASK ADDITIONAL SECURITY DEPOSIT OF MINIMUM 300 TO MAX 1,000/- BUT THEY COLLECTED ACCORDING TO THEIR CHOICE .. THEN ALSO I LEFT THE ISSUE AND CONTINUED in post paid ................

BUT WHEN I TOOK AIRTEL GOLD SIM CARD ON MAY 15 PAYING RS.200 FOR AIRTEL GOLD SIM CARD AIRTEL GOLD MUST DISPLAY INSTEAD IT IS DISPLAYING AS ONLY AIRTEL FOR THAT I WENT TO LOBBY WHERE I HAVE TAKEN FOR THAT THEY NOT ONLY NOT ANSWERED AND TALKED RUDELY AND THEY FORCED ME OUT OF THE LOBBY WITH THE HELP OF SECUIRTY GUARD INSULTING ME AND WHEN I MAILED TO THE CUSTOMER CARE IN HYD THEY ANSWERED ME THAT I MUST HAVE A COMPATIBLE HANDSET I CLEARLY ASKED LOBBY VIJAYAWADA ABOUT AIRTEL GOLD DISPLAY AND THEY GAVE M E AND AFTER GOING AND ASKING MY PROBLEM TO RESOLVE THEY ARE SAYING IT ONCE MAY DISPLAY AND MAY NOT .... I ASKED THEM TO TAKE BACK AND CREDIT MY MONEY BUT HEY HAVE REJECTED ..........

THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THEIR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.

FURTHER THEY ARE ACTING LIKE AIRTEL MAFIA IN VIJAYAWADA..

EVEN ZBM WHO IS INCHARGE OF THAT LOBBY CANT DO ANY THING (I ALREADY COMPLAINED THRICE BUT NO USE THEY ARE UNITED AND HELPS EACH OTHER..

AFTER ALL THIS I HAVE CONSULTED MY LAWYER AND GAVE THEM LAWYER NOTICE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE...

THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE SERVICE FOR WHAT THEY HAVE CHARGED....

I M WAITING FOR THEIR ANSWER I WILL NOT LEAVE THE BLEADY AIRTEL PEOPLE
 

Solution of your complaintAPOLOGY LETTER FOR THE CEO AIRTEL ANDHRA PRADESH.. COMPENSATION FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONT AND HARRASSED ME FOR 20 DAYS DURING POST PAID CONNECTION.. THEY COLLECTED ILLEGALLY EXTRA AMOUNT (DEPOSIT). AND THEY INSULTED ME IN THE PUBLIC .. THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE SERVICE --AND CHARGED THE AMOUNT ON MMEE I WILL NOT LEAVE THEM EASILY I DRAG THEM TO THE CONSUMER COURT  
ActionI WILL DEFINETLY GO TO COURT AND IF NECESSARY TO THE TRAI
