I have a dish tv connection from 2003. Recently I have started having problems with renewal. On the 29 th of march,channels were suddenlydeactivated without any notice. I was told that it was time to renewe. I paid Rs. 935 for a three month subscription for dish maxi package to vaishali electronics an authorised agents of Dish TV. It took almost 10 days for my account to be reactivated after many calls to their contact number 1901 180 3474, At no time anyone told me that only 235 rupees were credited to my account.
on the 15th ofApril, my channels again got deactivated. on calling their number, I was told that only 235 rupees were credited by their agents into my account..
I have sent Dish Tv a copy of the receip[t. the customer service person assured me that the problem would be sorted out in 24 hours. So far nothing. I have also sent e mails to customer care. No reply to date
on the 19, sony, animal planet.tar utsav,zee jagran zee sports,and free to air channels are activated when I should be getting all the channels.
Kindly suggest what I should do.
