Earlier on 15/4/2007 my account got deducted Rs.70/= automatically while using the Airtel GPRS
and as I have not downloaded a single thing at all it all happened.

As I called they said a game was downloaed but I never got a clue of what and which game,
and it isnt there on my phone yet.

I got 4-5 messages on the same day..saying T\hanks for using Airtel LIve but actually no
content was ever downloaded.

I though they would convince me phone and let me know what links from where I downloaded or which particular item to ... convince me in some way. But they never did that
and I know that there is no game on Airtel site of amount exactly at INR Rs.70/=

Later in the month of may (nowadays) on a single day 18/5/2007 b/w 4-5am I got Rs30 deducted and then again in the evening Rs.30 Deducted for some reasons, they have
not yet convinced what for, Total Rs60 for using nothin or downloading nothing on their

I am unaware of the service or other thing if I downloaded and even they have not yet
convinced me on the service / content I may have used /subscribed or downloaded.

They do not have the exact answers to my woes and not even check the log at their end
as to what service item or content I have downloaded or subscribed to.

Please help me out SOMEONE !!! Forward to Airtel Authorities for the same

Dialed called 121
Send Messages to 121
Now trying through email support of theirs 

Solution of your complaintRevert/Refund the amount deducted twice to the phone Prepaid account automatically 
ActionComplain further to higher authorities Disconnect my Airtel BB and cease using all Airtel Prepaids and would never recommed others
