Sir,
I had recharched my mobile phone (9895582822) on 14 may 2007 on behalf of offer message i had got. It says that by recharging mob with RS:498,we will get TT:50, validity:365 days and 499 A2A mins at 10ps with in 48 hrs(for 30 days).But they cheated me by providing 499 A2A mins at normal charge instead of 10ps (now also giving getting same offer). When i talk with customer service executive , he says that it is not for 10ps but for RS:1.Then i asked why company provide such offers for cheating customer .Then he said that it is the order from TOP to deduct RS:1 and if you have complaint , post to airtel site. So i need a proper solution for it.

Solution of your complaintTo provide the promised offers to customers like me with out cheating. 
Action file suit against them for cheating customers & also demotivate airtel exsisting and future customers not to take such connections.
