I am a resident of Ajmer. 5 years back we purchased a Samsung refrigerator worth rupees 30,000.Since then it is not working properly .Every summer time it stops working .Last year we spent 4000 rupees on its repairs.And this year again it has stopped functioning.
We have contacted the service station a no. of times but the engineers are unable to detect the problem.The engineers are not dedicated to their work. They came just once and after they saw the problem they have not come yet.This is not good , it is such an expensive refrigerator and
is not very old too but we are facing so many problems because of it.We really regret why we purchased the fridge of samsung company.
Kindly look into the matter and take some action urgently.

|Action||If our problem is not solved we will conclude that Samsung is the worst company and will publish our complaints in newspaper to spread awareness about the poor performance of the Samsung products. |
