i recieved a msg on my mobile that airtel cug customers have a roaming facility inwhich u just have to type TNIC & send it to the customer care by which u will have a TN roaming of 100min free & therest is 50p per minute.so on 28/04/2005 I rang up to the customercore & asked them to activate this facility for me after properly inquiring about it.I then deactivated it on 30/04/2005 by making cal to the cstmrcr more than twice.
now my problem is, they have charged RS4.50 for all the incoming in roaming.i made call to the cstmrcare several times to check my billing , but there has been no proper response. my outgoing was cut so they asked me to make a interim payment & i paid RS500. i went to the airtel showroom at ambature and wasted 2hr but even they couldnt solve my problem. so kindly request u to see to my problem. my mobile number is 9840836337.
my total number of incoming cals are 810minutes with 100minutes free it will be 710minutes. according to TNIC plan it is 50p per min. so 710 *50p will be RS355 but i have been charged RS1356.
we joined the CUG in RS 199 plan & we were in that for the past 6months. but this month in our bill it has been put that we are in RS 150 plan.& we have been billed accordingly.so kindly rectify my problem as soon as possible.
