Firstly i have tried sevral time to BSNL customer care 1500 but they come on phone.It seems that they dont want to provide any sort of services to the customers or not comfortable to speak with.Anyways,I was looking to get a broad band connection in noida(my office).I did not want to try such a worst service(BSNL)but as no broadband feasable there i had to call BSNL.After a long time some one picked up my phone at 1800 number but disconnected suddenly.Again i called on same number then somebody picked up the phone and said that call at 0120-2548200.Some manager will take care of that so i have called on that number and somebody picked up and said that concern man is not here and disconnected without listening me.after that i have tried several times but no one picked up.

Solution of your complaintSuch a worst service from BSNL(a typical government organisation).Being a customer i suggest to shut down this BSNL or remove all employee and try to get some educated people with bit extra energy.
