I have subscribed for Mobile Office (GPRS) from Airtel and one day in a bad evening it started showing an arror....Packat data connection not available. after checking my mobile device i called the customer care and as always they gave me some stupid remedies like.....switch off your monile, take off the sim card for a while and all............let me tell you they are charging me Rs.15/day and I could not use the service for 10 days and they kept charging me.
I called the customer care number of time and they accepted that its a network problem in my area (their fault !)
I consulted bout this with a Zee Business Lawyer any they advised me to sue them for all the damages.
I what do you guys suggest me ? do i have to hire a private lawyer or any Government agency can help me on this ?
