I had given my car (esteem) for repairs of Air Conditioning to Maruti Authorised Workshop in Dawarka sect-9 Mass code --4939 on 2/4/07 . I had selected to go to him as I stay in Dawarka and I have a busy schedule. The car AC was repaired - I was informed that gas had leaked and needs to be refilled. I was charged Rs 1400 and car was returned after a day
Within 2 days again the AC stopped functioning . However due to my busy schedule I was only able to go to him on 24th April. This time was informed that the compressor oil had leaked hence needs to be filled again . I left my car with him and next day car was returned to me after charging me Rs 1200/-
Again after 3 -4 days the AC stopped working. When I approached the service station I was informed that nothing could be done and repairing was beyond their capabilities. On being asked to return the money they flatly refused.
I was shocked to hear the comment and approached your call centre and explained everything . After 2 days I was called by your call centre and asked to take my car to Magic Auto . On questioning about the money I was informed that I will again have to pay.
|Solution of your complaint||Since my car has not worked hence the Dawarka service centre should be asked to return my money or repair my car at no additional cost as i have already suffered due to calous attitude
