One of the customer service person use to call me everytime and asking for the Insurance. I had told many times not to call and I am not interested, even then I use to receive lot of call from them. One fine day they were pleasing me for the Insurance details and also told that they will be sending me the documents and details of Insurance product and if I do not like that, I can decline the same. But I did not receive any such documents or Insurance Certificate of the product and could see the Credit Card statement with due of the Insurance amount. From that time onwards I am calling the Customer service department to cancel the Credit Card as well as the Insurance but they did not do anything and sending me the Credit Card statements that too not regularly. IInspite of calling them so many times they did not do anything and forcing me to pay the amount which I am not supposed to Pay. This is like focibly imposing their Insurance products to customers.

I would like to cancel or withdraw the Insurance they have imposed on my account.
