first of all i would like to tell all people that do not buy bajaj avenger at all.
i have bought my bajaj avenger on 28 january 2007.
from that day my paddle brake light was not working.
and the handle was going in the left direction.
the clutch was goin loose every time.
the gearbox is the worst gear box that i ever have.
the rear suspension was really ogibg crazzy that it makes a different sound whenever it wants.
i have serviced my three free services from bagga link , karol bagh but hey have never corrected it .
but they have done just one thing after my bikes service , they never forget one thing to tell me that " if u r again facing any problem in this bike just plz visit dewan auto showroom "
when i have visited the showroom the mechanic diverted me to the service center
and service center have solved my problems instead of one thing the clutch problem & gearbox.
and one more thing i have visited the dewan auto showroom twice before buying this bike.
and after those visists they have called me 4 times for the confirmation that whwether i am coming to buy the bike or not.
but when i was asking for my smart card.
actually my smart card date was 28 april 2007 but they havent
i have got my smart card by calling them 9 times & visiting their showrrom thrice.
but in that they havent cvalled me back for this thing that sir ur smart card is available so come & collect it.
i have gvn many requests to the receptionist for arranging call back but hey havent.
my bikes details are as folows :-
date of purchase :- 28 january 2007.

colour :- cocktail wine red.
registration no :- DL 3S AY 8272



Solution of your complaint1. my bike should be taken in considerations for servicing it & making it perfect. 2. strict actions against the servicing department of baaga link. 3. the employees of dewan auto , lajpat nagar must be terminated name of employees :-1. mr. dharamveer - in the smart card department 3rd floor in dewan auto showroom. 2. the receptionist of dewan auto showrrom. 
Actionmy mail is ready for mailing it to the consumer court. and will directly reach pune headoffice also for directly speaking to mr. bajaj.
