Inspite of all my gadgets being fully covered under valid amc, i am regularly facing probles for services of products.
Our fridge under AMC is not working properly for the last month.it cooling is not effective causing damage of all food products, Non- Veg, milk & vegetables .
Several complaints to their service center has not been attended at all.. Every time whenver their telephone operator or GM - Mr Balwinder Singh isreuested on phone/mobile, false promises or excuses are made resulting whole day waiting at home on the following day without any results.
As my fridge is fully covered under valid AMC, we request you to please look into the importance of utility of product, harrassment being faced by me & my family during hot summer & financial losses due damage of food products, you are requested to please look into the matter & expedite our problem at the earliest
|Solution of your complaint||My complaint should be attended immediately without further delay , Fridge should be repaired for proper functioning & necessary compensation to be given to me for harrassment, financial losses, wastage of time & & most hurting is Breech of Trust. |
