1. We have not recieved a reciept for the instrument 2. almost everyday we allegedly cross our credit limit and are supposed to pay up ...after which we come to know that the amount which weve paid is less and our outgoing services are stopped....(if the information given to customers is incorrect, will they dream of they correct amount to save their outgoing services). 3. internet connectivity after 10:00 pm (when its supposed to be the cheapest) is horrible....probably done on purpose so that people helplessly use the net during daytime.
