On 16-4-2007 at 14:58 hrs I received a SMS form my service provider i.e. Airtel for participation in a quiz contest and i was told to answer a simple question and was directed to sms gk to 2906 charges@ Rs3/- per SMS.
Then started the questions one after each other.
Here I want to say that it shd be clarified in advance that 50 questions will be asked. no terms and conditions were conveyed to me. Then if the prize was for all correct answers the company shd not send further questions after sending a wrong answer.
Also the answer of question no 5 &40were correct but they declared it wrong.
after completion of 50 questions the message "Ur Score is 222 Thanks for participation in the quiz ! winners will be notified shortly."
But till date no message has ben received .
I have been cheated by the company by 150 rupees.
Please give wide publicity to the same so that others may save theirself form such cheating in value added services of airtel in india.
|Solution of your complaint||The company should Deliver Home theatre as promised in the sms and infuture shd not misguide the customers. |
