first of all the airtel customer care service is pathetic, disgusting, horrible...... no words to define that much poor. Every month we are faceing the same problem. Bill is not recd at the right time nor the payment collection people come & collect as it requested.
Every time a new person picks up the phone, gives anew requst no & same story repeated evry time. are we fool or are you people making fool of us.If you people cant fulfill the needs & make your customer satisfied then please dont make a commitment to them.
the people sitting in customer service are such horrible people they dont have manners to speak. Please appoint peoples who can understand the query of customer..
If the payment is not made at the right time(very rare case) immediately the line is disconnected, no waiting time for that. but if it from your side then no action.
for payment collection there is extracharge made, for late fee extra charge is being made but you people are irritaing us so much ,no action at right time. Novalue of customers problem ,What for that.Is there any action or answer.
In short Airtel Customer service is HORRIBLE
