ON 5TH MAY, I HAD BEEN APPROACHED BY THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CO. FOR INSTALLATION OF BROADBAND, I HAD HEARD ABOUT THIS SERVICE BUT BEING ACCUSTOMED TO THE "GREAT SERVICE" PROVIDED BY AIRTEL I DID NOT CONTACT THEM FOR THIS SERVICE. ANYWAY, WHEN THESE PEOPLE CAME, I SIGNED THE FORMS FOR 2 OF MY 3 CONNECTIONS TO BE CONVERTED TO BROADBAND. I GAVE 2 CHEQUES OF RS 500/- EACH AND GOT A RECEIPT FOR THEM. NOW THE WAIT BEGINS, TILL THE 16TH OF THE MONTH NO WORD FROM THEM, EXCEPT A TECHNICIAN CALLING TO SAY THAT IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET THE CONNECTION (THEN WHY DID THEY APPROACH ME IN THE FORST PLACE). ANYWAY WHEN I CALLED I WAS FIRST ASKED FOR THE CAF NO., NOW AS I WAS NOT GIVE ONE I COULD NOT GIVE IT TO THE LADY (MS PRITI), ANYWAY SHE WAS VERY HEL[FUL, GAVE ME THE CAF NO, 1500957, BUT THE NEXT DAY CALLED TO SAY THAT I COULD NOT GET THE CONNECTION DUE TO SOME PROBLEMS AND MY CHEQUES WOULD BE RETURNED, THE NEXT DAY THE JABALPUR OFFICE CALLED WITH THE SAME NEWS, SO IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN ON THE 21ST,THE TECHNICIANS LAND UP TO GIVE ME 1 CONNECTION. NOW MY QUESTION WAS WHEN YOU CAN GIVE ME ONE WHY NOT THE OTHER. THE POOR TECHNICIAN WAS CONFUSED HINSELF, THERE WAS NO PROBLEM HE SAID EXCEPT THAT HE HAD ORDERS TO GIVE ME JUST ONE CONNECTION. NOW I
CONTACTED MS PRITI AGAIN , AND SHE HERSELF SEEMED QUITE SHOCKED TO KNOW I WAS GETTING A CONNECTION, AND ASSURED ME I WOULD GET THE OTHER AS SOON AS I SIGNED ANOTHER FORM - I HAD TO TAKE THE CONNECTION FROM THE THIRD TELEPHONE IT SEEMS. 4 DAYS WENT BY, NO ONE APPROACHED ME. ONCE AGAIN I CALLED, THE JABALPUR OFFICE, HAD SOME SWEET TALK WITH THE STAFF THERE AS I COULD NOT PROVIDE THE CAF NO.(WHICH WAS NOT GIVEN TO ME IN THE FIRST PALCE). I THEN CALLED THE SUPERVISOR A VERY HELPFUL PERSON MR NILESH WHO ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME THE CAF NO AND MY WORK WOULD BE DONE IN 48 HOURS. THIS MORNING ( 48 HOURS BEING OVER) I ONCE MORE CALLED MR NILESH, HE ASSURED ME THAT HE HAD SENT ME THE CAF NO BY COURIER ( AS IF THAT WOULD HELP), AND ASSURED ME I DID NOT HAVE TO FILL IN A NEW FORM AS THE OLD ONE WOULD DO, THEN WHY ALL THIS RUN AROUND, WHY COULD NOT BOTH THE CONNECTIONS BE GIVEN TO ME SIMULTANEOUSLY? AIRTEL HAS ONCE AGAIN PROVED THAT THE DONT KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

Solution of your complaintTHAT I SHOULD BE GIVEN MY CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY. THAT AIRTEL IMPROVE THEIR CUSTMER SERVICE.
