My cell number is 9891143453. I have given no request for dialer tone activation but it was activated automatically on my phone with a deduction of rs.40.Customer care executives at 4444 are very rude and harsh on customers.I suspect they really know the meaning of “Customer Service”
!Or they are in a wrong profession .They are fit for Collections rather Customer service.I have all rude executive names with me :Gaurav who gave me wrong Complaint ID 22176 & 22189 for my wife’s phone (9891153994). And there was Poonam,Ahang,Abhishek,Aarti who told me that she was the supervisor.And Kumar Devashish who was abusive as well.
Now If i turn back to Idea saying I have not given the request they tell me YOU WOULD HAVE ACTIVATED YOURSELF AS ITS THE AUTODIALER WHICH HAS ACTIVATED THE TONES”
Please advice me what should I do in this case?Who can help me?
|Solution of your complaint||My amount needs to be refunded by Idea.And they should stop Fooling the Customers around with false deductions like this. |
