I am to state that the services being offered by the vehicle referred to in this complaint are not at all upto my satisfaction in terms of its Performance and Comfort.The very intention of owning this vehicle is high expectation on its superior performance over earlier/existing models.The problems that we are facing have given a death blow to our expectations and I am very sorry to say that we are not at all contentful in this resort.

In particular,

Problem:
A)The engine is generating enormous vibrations- 1 and 1.5 inch on Low side and High side during start and stop operations.

Effects:
1)Inconvenience at the first instance for passengers and the driver.

2)Increased maintenance cost to make good the defect.

3)Damage of Engine Body and its Beds due to vibrations, in addition to thrust on AC
SYSTEM

B)Poor Conditioning by the AC system

Effects:
1) Lack of comfort to the passengers.


It is also to be stated that, the TATA MOTORS Service Centre at Warangal has expressed its inability to tackle the problems quoting that it is a case of manufactural defect.

Solution of your complaintWhat we finally want from you is an eternal, satisfying and timely soultion in this regard with no considerable monitary burdens on our part. Kindly see that the same is ensured at the earliest and an immediate response is initiated from your side.In the event of any unfavourable outcome (the manufacture itself being defective), I am afraid the vehicle has to be duly replaced at your own cost and risk and a new one be issued.  
ActionTHIS IS NOT GOING TO BE A SIMPLE THING AND HENCE, IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNSATISFACTORY/NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR END, WE SHALL UNDOUBTEDLY PROCEED IN LEGAL LINES ON INFRINGEMENT OF QUALITY COMPLIANCE AGAINST WARRANTY AND THE SAME SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF CVC.
