I have two numbers of idea prepaid. One is 9891425166 and other is 9891369084. Without my any request Mr. Mahavir Singh employee in idea, have activated DT on my mobile (9891425166) on 02\06\07 and deduct charge of Rs 40 for this.
On my second no (9891369084) DT is activated due to computer fault. When i talk in customer care with in two hours of deduction of Rs 40, (at that time DT is not activated) they are saying we cannot do any thing in that case. And deduct rs 40 from my account. I am old customer of idea. I have not face any type of problem in the past.
|Solution of your complaint||I think if I have not applied any type of request and inform with in two hours to idea about DT in both case, then the charges will be reversed on both my numbers (9891425166 & 9891369084).
|Action||There are lots of ways to do action. First to go with the idea’s rule and regulation. If problem is not solved I will give the mail to senior authorities of idea. The fault is not from my end in both cases, so if the action is not taken, I may be definitely go to other connection. The issue is not so big that is why I would not prefer for consumer court. |
