I have an Airtel Prepaid connection since October 2006 my no is 9993188168. I am frustrated very much because of the non fulfillment of the commitment committed by the executives of the Airtel, they donít take any initiate over the complaints lodged at their desk as I have lodged complaints several times but always they have the same answer like "Sir, our server is down" and "our system is being updated". Since the last month I am facing the problem of ISD SMS that "whenever I send the ISD SMS my balance is deducted but the SMS is not delivered, I also receive the not delivered message". The same thing I am complaining to the desk of the executives of Airtel but there is no any response from their end, I can also furnish the Complain No. i.e. 0604062050, 0530115381, 0528006642. And also when I call the Customer Care Executives, they use to make me hold over the hours as the foolish chaps.
The second thing is also related to the services they are providing, like the Hello Tune Catcher Facility by 393. I wanted to active a new Hello Tune on my number but lodging the complaint several time from my own number they didnít respond. Afterwards, I lodged the same complaints from another number i.e. 9893304715 and they activated the same Hello tune over that number and also they have made deduction on the number where I strictly told them that I am complaining from another number and you are suppose to activate the same over my number i.e. 9993188168.
The same complaint, I am lodging since 15-20 days but for this also they have the same reply and still I am not served the better service from the company as they mention.
