Complaint Details

Probably due to short-circuit or earthing, the ECM got damaged or burnt inside the car dash board/engine when was plying on the road and left working and the car could not be started. There was emission of some smokes on 12th May, 2007 at Green Park. I made request to A-One Motors, A-19, Mathura Road, New Delhi to pick-up the car from there. They have been kind enough to lift the car. They also issued a job card on June 14 for the repairs when we informed them that the car is under the warranty for one and half years since December 28, 2007. As we are informed by Mr. Tyagi, due to the delay in procurement of items/spares from Pune, it is taking lot of time. We have also been informed that no warranty will be taken into considered ane I will have to pay full payment. Earlier the estimate was informed to Aprox. 5000/- but later on 3 days back I have been informed that it will cost for Rs.20,000/-, a colossal amount to bear with. You are requested to kindly take the case into your consideration for total repair under warranty and oblige. I shall feel highly obliged for the same. 

Solution of your complaintSince the Warranty Period is still pending, I hope that it will certainly be taken under the consideration for repairs under warranty by the company. 
ActionIf it could be possible, I will try to contact the highest authority of your organization to be kind enough and fair to customer and strongly file my claim with the organization at this stage. However, I am suffering a lot due to the delay in repairs.
