1) I have taken air tel connection with sumsung set with offer of two year incoming and Rs 2400/ air time within network (local),frist month it workrd OK but now my local bal is not showing when ever I ask for this.
2) Air tel people are in practice of giving call and playing music and they cut Rs 3/ for each music played. But I have not requested for such service.
3) Customer care people never give any logical reply, they talk very soft and many time they cut the line without completing conversation and they never lodge cmplain also.
|Solution of your complaint||1) All amount to be cradited in earliest time.
2) All debated amount be cradited with copmensation.
3) The service provider must improve and customer care must be taken |
|Action||Will see afterwords,May switch over to other service provider and same time I will advice other peaople also. |
