After a bitter experience with Airtel, I applied for a Tata Indicom PowerPlus 3000 /6000 pre-paid pack. I patiently filled the application, walked in the hot sun for the adress proof, and submitted a check for ~ Rs 2382 along with a passport photo. Then started the familiar drama. Two guys from VSNL came over and asked me to apply afresh. When I rejected the idea, I got an email reply that my application was missing. On pursuing the matter, I got another email reply that the requested service was not available and that they would revert to me.
So much for the avowed Tata Quality!
|Solution of your complaint||How about a thudding bullet motorcycle boo at an intersection using the mafia or other renegades? But seriously, why not the truth to start with?
