IWE HAVE PURCHASE A INDICA DLS JULY 2006. AND WE HAVE MAINTAINED FULLY SERVICE SHEDULE WITH YOUR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE. ( GUNNIE MOTORS , PATNA AND ATTEND. BY MR. ARUN KUMAR (WORKS MANAGER) AND MR. NIRANJAN KUMAR (SERVICE ADVISER)
MY PROBLEMS ARE GIVEN BELOW:-
1. MY BATTARY AND ALTERNETOR ARE NOT WORKING IN PROPERLLY CONDITION. I M GOING WITH MY CAR TO GUINNE MOTORS, PATNA FOR SOLVING MY PROBLEMS. AFTER OBSERVATIONS MR. ARUN KUMAR HAVE TOLD ME YOUR ALTERNETOR AND BATTARY CONDITION ARE DEAD AND IT IS IN WARREENTY. AS DATED 2.06.2007 IN TIME 10.00 AM.
I M STANDING MY INDICA IN THEIR WORKSHOP "GUNNIE MOTORS". AFTER A LONG TIME ABOUT 10 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY INDICA CAR FROM GUNNIE MOTORS. I M CONTECTED TO MR. ARUN KUMAR AND SERVICE ADVISRER FOR LEAVE MY CAR THAT RESPONCE ARE VERY BED HE TOLD ME YOUR CAR ARE NOT READY AND PLZ CONTECT TO AREA MANAGER. AFTER DISCUSSION TO MR. ARUN KUMAR I M CONTECTED TO MR, S. CHATERJEE (AREA MANAGER SERVICE) AT RANCHI. HE TOLD TO ME YOUR INDICA CAR GETTING READY AND DELIVERED TO TOMORROW AT 2.00 PM , 12.06.2007. BUT MY INDICA CAR NOT DELIVERED TO ME . AFTER 2.00 PM I M AGAIN CONTECTED TO MR. S.CHATEJEE ON THAT MOBILE PHONE BUT MR. CHATERJEE ARE NOT RESPOND TO ME. HE GETTING SWITCH OFF THERE MOBILE PHONE. AFTER THAT I M CONTECTING TO MR. ARUN FOR DETAIL OF DELIVERY TIME TO MY INDICA, THE MR. ARUN ALSO ROOTLLY BEHAVE TO ME AND TOLD THAT I M NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CAR .COMPLAIN TO OTHERS AND LEAVE ME.SO. THAT PLZ. SUGGEST ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR MY INDICA, I M VERY DIPRESSED FOR YOUR SERVICE, I M GETTING TO CONSUMER COURT FOR MY INDICACAR. SO. PLZ TELL ME .I M WATING FOR YOYUR REASPONCE, I M HOLDING A LARGE NO OF TATA COMMERCIAL AND PRIVET VEHICLESAND EARTH MOVING MACHINERYS.
