i had buyed a package of rs 511 uhich was unlimited and has validity of one month from 9 june to 9 july 2007. on the very next day (10 june) for the whole day i didnt get service due to any fault in their n/w. then on 11 june afternoon my n/w come back. during the mean time i tried to contact customer care but no answer , even i had registered my telephone no. again on 12th june evening it started showing problems. and when on 13 jun morning i log-in it messaged me to renew my account, whem i saw my account details my expiry date has been changed from 9 july to 19 june . when i called the service provider he said its not my fault , it may be the fault of ur computer. and he said me to talk to the c.care no. , but no body is doing anything inthis respect.
i am cheated by sify , because at the time when my computer was shutdow how can i use more than 200 mb with 64kbps speed in 10minutes , as shown by their session details.
Solution of your complaint
they should compromise and extend packages according to the disturbance faced by the customer.
there should be legal action against them for wasting time and cheating.
