I am a software engineer in bangalore. I have a prepaid airtel sim and wanted it to be migrated to post paid and i had met the apoke for airtel mr.Anand and had paid him my deposit and waited for the migration from 25th of may. He had asked me to remind him in the mid of the month of may and since 10th of may i have been calling him. He said he will do i soon but never did and one fine day he has left airtel without giving my documents or my deposit. Now i had to contact M/s.Sharmila for further processing. Till today whenever i call her she keeps saying she would get back to me but she has never got back. I am fully fed up and have asked for my refund back. i am fully irritated. AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSER THAN ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICE IN INDIA. I HAVE SPENT NEARLY 200 BUGS CALLING AIRTEL EXECUTIVES ANDS TILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

They should do the miogration or just return my deposit.
