I am an software engineer in bangalore.
i have a prepaid airtel connection and for the past one and half month i am trying to migrate it to postpaid (corporate connection).
The airtel spoke from my office mr.Anand has absconded with my deposit and all documents i gave for verification.
Now after him i have been contacting M/s Sharmila to do justice to me.
BUT AIRTEL IS TREATING ME WORSER THAN A GOVERNMENT OFFICE WOULD.
I have been repetitively calling airtel executive (Sharmila) she would always say she would get back to me but has never got back even once.
And i have spent more than 200 bugs calling airtel executives alone.
AND NOT EVEN EVEN ONCE THERE HAS BEEN AN APOLOGY FROM AIRTEL.
Now i am fed up i dont want their service STILL i have to beg them for Getting my deposit refunded.
