I ordered a 2GB pen drive from Rediff shopping on 19th May order no: 3892783. I received a mail saying that it has been dispatched by Aramex and would receive it by 3rd June. When I did not receive it, I called up aramex with the airway no but they said that the packet has not been handed over to them.
I called up and also contacted Rediff customer support repeatedly and they said they are following up with their "enabling partners". After 10 days I received a packet with an empty box of IBall pen drive inside it. Yes, it was empty and torn. These guys are just thugging people. There are thousands of complaints against Rediff all over the web they should just take legal steps to stop this thug business.
