We had hired a maid from this Standard Personal Service India Pvt., Ltd., Chennai Branch.

We had to do a registeration with the office for a 1 year membership. We have a got a receipt also for the payment of amount Rs. 3000.
The maid whom we hired left us on last saturday 9th June by telling her personal emergency. After the maid left , we tried reaching the office by phone. For the past 5 days we are trying to reach them by phone. Both their mobile, landline are kept on switched off as soon as they come to know about our complaint on Monday morning.
It is really pathatic to see this kind of customer service. how can they cheat the customers like this. They supposed to provide the next maids asap. But here they are not even picking our calls..
Really getting bugged up with the customer service. Need to take this in a serious end and want to punish them with the law support. More than our family problem because of the maid need, these kind of cheatingness for the money makes us to loose hopes..
Kindly help me to handle this issue.
