I visited your office in Begumpet (Lifestyle) on 2 June 2005 and gave a written request to close my account. I notice that my account has still not been disactivated. Please STOP ALL INCOMING and ALL OUTGOING CALLS IMMEDIATELY.
What is the point of visiting your office personbally, and making a formal written request when you do not care to take action on the same ?
Why have you not yet sent me the formal receipt for the final settlement I have paid by cheques on 2 June 2005 ?
Only you are responsible for this unreasonable delay in closure of this account.
We do not understand why Airtel is so thoroughly disorgainsed and clumsy.
We do not want to continue with this service any more. We are thoroughly disgusted with your company and your services.
I will have the right to initiate legal action action against you, and to make the widest publicity in the press against such incompetent and irresponsonible behaviour by AIRTEL.
