Two months back i called airtel about that i am not able to pay my bill using credit card online.
They told me that there are some technical upgradations that are being done kindly pay the bill by swapping the card personally at dealer end.
I payed them by swapping the credit card.
After 3-4 days they called me that the problem is solved and from next month i will not face any such problem.
Next month i again face same problem.
I gave them my credit card number to check which they have asked me to give,despite that they failed to solve my problem.
Same credit card i am using on my paypal and ebay account to purchase online and its working fine.
I feel very much harrassed by Airtel.
I donot know how many people they are harrassing like this.
TRAI should cancel there license because they are cheating innocent people.
If something wrong in the site they should write on the site that we are not accepting payments using credit cards .
