I have been without a working satellite system for 7 full days. I scheduled a service technician to come to my home for a service call on Fri., June 15th, between 12-5. I made it clear that we live in gated community in a remote mountain area and we would expect a phone call so we could meet the person at our gate.

No one called . I had a lot of problems trying to work the dish network phone system to get resolve to "whatever" is wrong. And ultimately nothing has been resolved. Much to my growing frustration. 

Solution of your complaintHonor your commitment to provide customer service . I pay my bill, on time, every month. I expect something in return. 
ActionWhatever needs to be done to "wake disnetwork up."
