I have been without a working satellite system for 7 full days. I scheduled a service technician to come to my home for a service call on Fri., June 15th, between 12-5. I made it clear that we live in gated community in a remote mountain area and we would expect a phone call so we could meet the person at our gate.
No one called . I had a lot of problems trying to work the dish network phone system to get resolve to "whatever" is wrong. And ultimately nothing has been resolved. Much to my growing frustration.
