IN NOVEMBER WE PURCHASED A COUCH AND LOVESEAT (PAID IN FULL) FROM ROOMS TO GO. I HAVE BEEN NOTICING ONE PIECE IS A COMLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE OTHER. ON MONDAY I HAD A SERVICEMAN FROM ROOMS TO GO COME TO OUR HOME AND HE TOLD ME THEY ARE FROM TWO DISTICTLY DIFFERENT COLORS AND THAT THE ONE IS COMPLETELY FADED. I FEEL THAT AFTER ONLY 6 MONTHS THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ONLY ONE PIECE. IF IT WERE HAPPENING TO BOTH PIECES THIS WOULD BE MORE UNDERSTANABLE. THEY TOTALLY DONT MATCH. THEY TELL ME IT IS FROM USE, WHILE NEITHER PIECE IS HARDLY EVER USED. THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS THAT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL, WHEN THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. UPON READING THEIR SO CALLED WARRANTY IT SEEMS THAT THEY COVER VIRTUALLY NOTHING EXCEPT THEMSEVES. THESE PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS AND RUDE.  

Solution of your complaintI WANT MY PIECES REPLACED WITH WHAT WE PAID FOR ONLY SIX MONTHS AGO, TWO MATCHING PIECES OF FURNITURE, WHICH IS THE ONLY RESOLUTION. IF NOT THEY WILL FIND THE PIECES DELIVERED TO THEIR SHOWROOM ON A BUSY SATURDAY WITH AN ANGRY WOMAN IN TOW. 
ActionI WOULD HOPE THIS SITUATION WILL BE RESOLVED IF NOT WE WILL SEEK FURTHER ACTION
