I had a Airtel mobile connection no 9867583253.
I lost my cell phone in the month of April 2007 & I have updated the same on the customer care five to
six times to block my card but it was not done until the next bill for which I paid the amt of Rs.807(approx) as the monthly bill for April.Then I got several calls from Airtel to make the payment
of the bill of Rs.807,I agreed to pay the bill but on one condition only if Airtel cancels my connection
& Airtel even agreed to that.They never spoke that the customer has to give a written letter to cancel the connection but now after charging the monthly rental for May 07 for Rs.500(approx) they
are telling me to pay this bill & give a letter to Airtel to cancel my connection.
I am very annoyed as Airtel being such a large company they do not have a proper card cancelation procedure or if at all they have they do not train their staff sufficiently.
|Solution of your complaint||I need my cell connection 9867583253 cancelled & I do not want any Airtel executive haressing me to pay the bill. |
|Action||I will go to the relationship centre or else longe a complaint. |
