I am a Reliane coustomer. My mobile no.9380229542. i bought a mobile in Just talk,tambaram,near ,mr theater on 2/6/2007 and i got activation on 6/6/2007 for the five days i walded to the shop daily twice for activation. I registereda ac complaind for the above. At the time of purchase they said proof give is enough to activate. Now i have no incomming and outgoing. I went to reliance tambaram and their they said your native is virudhunagar so you gave to give chennai address. I am asked to give photo and id proof of my friend. i give it on 18/6/2007 when they received they said their will no cut off your incomming but the next day they cut it. I purchased the reliance for best coustemer service but i am very sorry to say that i got a very bad experiance. i am seeking a job i give this no to every body. now i am facing a big problem. Sir it is your duty to collect correct id proof,photo and etc at the time of purchase. but they failed to do so. Right from the beginging 2/6/2007 to 19/6/2007 i walked to the mobile shop and the reliance web world tambaram every day. I am not satisfied about the reliance coustemer care service.
