|Product/Service Description||Using idea connection and this is the 11th month of contenous troubles first with the receiving of bills and now network connection. This connection was taken with a lump sum amound for 2 years activation|

Total time facing contenous problem: 11 months
1) Not receiving Bills on time : this problem is assumed to be resolved since prevoius month only I have received my idea bill on time.
2) Network issue from day one in my office location (Shadra - Delhi IT Park) --> not resolved as yet.
3) Now from the past 2 months I am unable to take / make calls using this connection from my home too... a lame excuse that was told 1.5 months ago was that there is some server problem and will be fixed in 30 days. Whereas now the assistant manager (Customer Operations) is telling me that it will take 45 more days to resolve this problem.
Think of my position, the moment I have to make / receive any call i have to go out to balcony to do so... is it right.
My personal experiance is that Idea connection is not good.

|Action||Since now its lot of time i have already waited,
By this hour of time i have esclated the issue to all known places.
also if required I have kept all complaint numbers with me for reference, that can be produced where and when required. |
