I have been trying for more than three weeks to get some tech support with this unit that is malfunctioning. I was told that tech support was on vacation for two weeks. Then, was told that the owner, Nick, could help me. I left numerous messages for Nick as well as e-mail messages. He has returned none of my messages and is always "out" or "away" when I call.
If this product malfunctions, it could mean that my dog may get away, lost, injured or killed. This is not a vacuum cleaner that we are talking about!
|Solution of your complaint||The operator suggested that I ship the unit back (I pay shipping, of course) and they will replace it. Why not save my money and yours and just try to get it straightened out with some tech support??? Then, if the unit is defective, I will return it.
Solution...dont let things get to this point. Return phone calls and have someone available who can answer questions. |
|Action||I will further spread the word on the net and to local pet agencies which I am involved with, that they are not a company to which I would entrust my pets safety. |
