I have a master card from ICICI bank.
Now a days, i am in pune. The locality where i am staying, there is no ICICI ATM nearby.
I Tried to withdraw an amount of 300 rupees from HDFC, but a message popped up Stating the system is not responding.
On the same day in the evening i again went to the HDFC ATM to withdraw the same amount, this time i got the 300 rupees, but the total deduction show was 600. It included the morning transactions aswell, for which i didnt get any amount.
I called up ICICI number of times, they asked me to wait for 8 days. Now they are asking me to wait for the next 60 days. This time it is a small amout, but the question is about service.
Even the bank is not ready to give me an assurance, that I will get the amount back.  

Solution of your complaintI think that if the bank is offering the mastercard facility, then they have to take the responsibiliy of such things. The bank should credit the amount into my account and then charge a complaint against the HDFC bank about the issue. Why should the ignorant customer wait for 60 days????
