I had bought a Cell Phone Through Ebay in the month of May.I paid the money in advance from my Bank accout by Cheque. I waited for a long time but the vendore did not send the phone. Then i asked Ebay for a claim and they gave me all the details of how to make the claim with ebay.
Some Mr Henry was assigned the case with the claim referance number as I sent across all the details and confirmed the receipt of the details.
For a long time i did not receive any reply from them then i wrote back to them in the month of november asking for a reply and they told me that i would not get my money back.
Till date i have not received my money or the prodouct that i bought.
