I purchased a bag online and two credit cards information were provided since the first card did not take. When I received my online confirmation, I noticed my Discover Card information however two days after I checked my VISA Debit Card and the payment had been debited ($109.50) and the company name showing was BLAISE. I had an inkling that this is a SCAM. I have tried to call for information (512-374-0054) and the answering machines takes info but no one has returned my call. I tried to go online at www.citibags.com and the site is temporarily out. Can any one help me?
