I purchased a colour portable sansui television for 4200 on May 6th, 2007 in a show room called Promod Electricals Limited at General Bazar, Secunderabad (Hyderabad) Andhra Pradesh.

One day, on June 20 at 8:00 PM It went off, I called over over the phone that night to promod Electrical show room they told to come, I took the portable and went to show room in the bus. When I said the problem the owner said "why didi you come here" I said "you people told to come yesterday over the phone" He said dont come here we are not responsible, he showed an address of sansui at (Domalguda Hyderabad and Phone No. 040 39898915)
and later he himself communicate to that no. for repair and wrote a complaint No. "230018" on 23rd June, 2007 and said they will come after 3 to 4 days. I asked why after only one month the problem and for repair 3 to 4 days. He said" We are no more responsible"

When I contacted on 25 the call centre again gave me one more no. of Technical NO. 65693673, 65693676 I tried for it thricely and spend 1 to 2 hours He said I will come evening before 8 PM on 26th the whole day we watched he did not come in the evening after 8 23 PM we tried to contact but he was not lifting the phone. We tried to contact call center who intentionally lifting the phone and keeping beside for all these we process we along with my wife felt agony, lost money up to 70 rupees for telephone, spent much energy with bitter experiencing embracement.


Solution of your complaintI would like to take my money 4 200. Even if they repaired in future I face same bitter experience. Please help me to get my money.  
ActionThe company should be fined and kept it in black list for its bad service
