My mobile SIM was blocked on last Thursday i.e. on 23-06-05. i Informed you customer care executive by thursday evening. He gave me my complaint No. & make me sure that i will get my PUK code within 36 Hrs., but next day unfortunately I lost my complaint no. slip and next day again I call at your customer care number and inform them about it. But this time that fellow told me that there is no need of complaint no., your problem will sort out by tommorow. After two days, when my problem will not sort out again I call at you customer care center but again they gave me Complaint No. (Complaint #773521). I simply want to know whenever my problem sort out completely.
In addition to this when my sim was active, then if anyone miss call me then the message appear in my mobile screen is Temprory error ocurred please try again 4402. I went to Nokia care center in Sec-22, they told me that it is SIM problem. My SIM wa not old i bought it on 14-06-2005.
So sir please check at your end and sort out my problem.
