Hi

My Name Is Shiva kumar.k I have A Post Paid(Corporate Connection) with airtel.I have ECS For my bill Payment so it gets deducted from my bank account..My Due Date is on 5th or 6th of every month and i had directed them to take out the money on the due date.It was going on well till last month,but for my last bill they sent the ECS on 28/05/2007 to my bank and i didnt had balance so my bank has charged me cheque bounce charges of 200.00. I Spoke to Narayan the supervisor of airtel customer service executive and he promised me that once the bill gets generated he will give me the waiver bank charges as well as the extra charges that the airtel charges...But when i called them they are not keeping up their promise... 

Solution of your complaintI want them To write letter to my bank that it was their mistake of sending the ECS Before the due date and ask my bank to reverse the cheque bounce charges and also they have charged me extra 150.00 i.e.,airtel,
