It is so sad that your customer care section in Trivandrum office (Pattom) is so poor.
I had applied for a connection in your Pattom Office (Trivandrum, Kerala); I told them that I need the connection purely for GPRS. Not for calling.
I had given all the following documents as per their request.
1) Driving license copy
2) Company Registration Certificate
3) Letter to grand a connection in my Companies letterhead.
4) A Passport size photo of mine.
The GPRS facility is not yet activated.
As I am working in a leading construction House Head quarters at Dubai, I need the Internet connection with out interruption. Having the faith in your Company (Airtel) I had approached your office for a connection. But unfortunately your staff’s behavior is so poor. She had communicated to me that I will get the connection with in 4-hour time from the time of signing the Application form. When I called in the number she had given for communication no body attended, at last I contacted few hours back she cut the phone saying that need 4 hour more to get the connection. As am traveling almost all the countries I didn’t get such a bad response from any where in the world.
Please do the needful.
