This is to complain about the time taken in processing a refund of the ticket booked through Air Sahara website. I had booked 2 tickets for my wife on 5th of May through your website from which I cancelled 1 ticket on the same day. I was being told that an amount of Rs 500/- will be deducted & the rest of amount will get refunded within 3-4 weeks in my Credit card Account. I was also given a Cancellation Ref No. Ask 198350 for the same.
It has been 57 days now since I had given a request for the cancellation of the ticket but till now I havenít received any refund from their side. I had been calling there customer care department repeatedly yet they are not able to provide me a clear picture on this. They just keep telling me that your ticket had not been queued for cancellation from our side & we are putting this case on priority & you will receive the refund shortly. This is the answer that I keep hearing from them whenever I call them. They also told me that the maximum time taken in making a refund is 45 days but they are not able to explain why i havent received this refund till now. I am really disappointed with the service that they are providing to their customers. They do not have any facility of posting a complaint on their website. So you can only call their useless custcare department.
