This is the email I wrote to India Times Shopping customer services on 18th May 2007 :
Not at all happy with the vendor. The product supplied is faulty. We have been ringing him ever since we received the product but they do not respond to any of our phone calls. We have even requested them to replace the product but no action has been taken from their side. They have been providing us with a pathetic response and keeps on disconnecting our call. This was my first ever order with Indiatimes shopping and i dont intend to get this kind of service. I would sincerely urge you to please do something about it. Please ask the vendor to replace their faulty product or return my money back.
I had a confirmation response from them that my complaint has been logged under Ticket Number: SHOP-285081. Since then I have been sending continuous reminder emails and phone calls but no action has been taken as yet. None of the customer service agents are efficient enough to provide me a genuine reason for delay in service. Infact none of them has actually provided me with any answer as of now.
